After the fight with her committee members over an omurice, Minko went to shop for ingredients by herself. Then she met Ohana at school who was trying to help her since her members didn't want to assist, but as usual, turned off by Minko. This is something that shall never end, their standoff.
And then Minko briefly told them about her memories of eating omurice when she was little. They thought she didn't put it on the menu because she doesn't know how to cook one but turns out, her omurice was super duper yummy!
aww young Minko looked so innocent!
tell me, how can you resist that golden eggy heaven oooziinnnggg all over the rice?
Thanks to Ohana's own idea, as Minko practiced the alternative method of cooking omurice for the festival with the minimal ingredients and utensils, she has to down plates and plates of them.
poor Ohana's gonna gain weight just to appease Minko
Tohru came! Didn't come as a surprise though, since he was hinting he'd come. Not sure if he was there because of Ohana or Minko though. And I don't know whether I should be happy for Minko or not the fact that she finally confessed! But not face-to-face, rather through the omurice...no, to be precise, ketchup -_______-" Is that how Japanese girls confess to the guys? Uhmmm....
With a huge heart around it, no less!
But what a letdown that Tohru thought it was a standard design since the table beside him also served the same wordings. Ahhhhh.....Minko, I feel for you! Next time, just make it more obvious!
TohruxMinko...I support you till the end! Ohana's better off with her cross-dressing Ko-chan xD How many episodes exactly does this show offer? This is rather long compared to standard anime episodes...or maybe I just happen to be missing out on anime lately to know their usual number of episodes. Either way, I still find myself enjoying the show. Maybe I'm easily pleased. The thing is, the show's just a laid-back anime, so I'm not expecting much and it's meant to be slice of life genre anyway. But I do want to see more character development in the upcoming epis.
